The apartment has all the facilities, required for a comfortable stay including clean bed sheets and towels. (BY BOOKING THIS UNIT, YOU HAVE READ & AGREED TO ALL OUR HOUSE RULES) The space This 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment (50m²) comfortably accommodates 4 persons in one double bed and two single beds including a cozy open plan fully equipped kitchen with a living area that opens up to a lovely balcony with a garden view. Upstairs you will find a private rooftop with amazing sea views and city views over Ayia Napa, which is perfect for gathering or searching for the brightest stars in the night sky. (Please keep in mind that some furniture might not be available depends on the season) A washing machine is available free of charge in the common area of the building. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, WIFI codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost. • Guests can take a direct bus shuttle from Larnaca airport or bus line 711 from Larnaca center and arrive at the main bus stop of Ayia Napa Monastery which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Public transportation such as taxi and bus are located in the center of Ayia Napa, which is just a three-minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bus stop just opposite the apartment. A public parking space is available at the property for guests • Bus stop outside of apartment offering Quick & Easy access to Nissi beach, Ayia Thekla and Waterpark. • 3 minutes walk to Plus Superrmarket • 7 minutes walk from Paradise Beach and 8 minutes from Limanaki(Harbor). • 5 minutes drive to the famous Konnos beach and 10 minutes drive to Protaras town center. • Easy access by bus to Nissi beach, Paralimni and Protaras center. • All amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, clinic, etc) nearby. FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, you can browse the web, watch YouTube videos, or log in to your Netflix account. FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. • Please Note: The neighboring building is undergoing renovations during standard hours.
