A short stay holiday house in Augusta, Western Australia. Perched between the river and Hotel with uninterrupted sweeping views of the river and ocean. Augusta has it all and Paradise View is a great place to stay and enjoy it!! The space Paradise View is our short stay rental holiday house, situated in the center of the beautiful town of Augusta W.A, only a short distance from the famous Margaret River wine region. Our much loved house is a newly renovated, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a large block with amazing views of the Blackwood River running into Flinders Bay and out into the Southern Ocean. The property is located between the town jetty and the main street, so is very central, walking distance to most places but still private and at the start of the beautiful walk way along the river!! The house sleeps up to 7 people with all linen and towels provided for no extra charge! It also has plenty of parking and a large shed. The house is very clean and tidy, filled with everything you could need and has a lovely fresh holiday feel to it. We also welcome families and have all the extra equipment you may need for a baby and toddler including a porter cot, high chair, books and toy box ect. When you check in, a complimentary bottle of wine, will be waiting for you to enjoy in the kitchen!! You might see dolphins in the river or humpback whales in the ocean just by looking out the windows! Whether you are interested in beautiful beaches, fishing, diving, skiing, site seeing, wine tasting or just enjoying the view, Augusta has it all and Paradise View is a great place to stay and enjoy it!! All linen and towels provided, all you need to bring is your beach towel! We now also have an outdoor shower to rinse away the beach sand and an outside fish cleaning unit for your lucky catch! Key access will be made available after booking confirmation Other things to note Please message me with any questions. We definitely accept infants but please select them as a child when booking.
