Other things to note The home is an old traditional elevated property It is quite quirky and certainly not 5 star rated with bells and whistles, fresh paint and brand new furniture with an ocean view. It’s clean and comfortable with amazing space including 2.5 bathrooms. We have ongoing upgrade and maintenance schedules.
