Both balconies are covered and equipped with a table and chairs. The equipment includes Sat-Tv, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, and 2-plate electric stove. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are of course provided. A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge. A small pet can be brought along after prior consultation. A daily surcharge will be incurred (as of 2025: 10 €/day), which must be paid in cash on site.
