The Villa is included in the center of a 13,500 m2 estate, completely fenced, with all kinds of private recreational and sports activities exclusively for guests The space The villa has: outdoor SWIMMING POOL (15x8 m) with JACUZZI attached to the pool, TENNIS COURT, MINI FRONTÓN training, INDOOR SOCCER FIELD, AQUATIC VOLLEYBALL IN POOL, MINIGOLF, PING-PONG (table tennis), BADMINTON, PETANQUE and children's area. It also has a full bathroom (with two showers and a changing room) and a fully equipped kitchen, all on a large porch overlooking the garden and pool, for family meals. Next to the porch is a large three-fire barbecue. In the outdoor area there are different environments, terrace-solarium, main porch, gazebos on both sides of the porch and any space in the palm and pine forest where the only noise you hear is the singing of birds, in which you can enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility. The garden's decoration is remarkable, with abundant flowers and shrubs. The house consists of a single floor with easy access, very sunny and all of it outside overlooking the garden and terrace. The house has 151 m2 of living space and consists of: - 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people, a baby and with the possibility of adding an extra bed. - Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 have a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with 4 beds (with bunk beds) plus a crib, a baby lounger and a high chair. - 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped with hairdryer included. - Separate kitchen equipped with American fridge, ceramic stove plus oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishes, cutlery. - Washing, drying and ironing room, with direct access to the kitchen and outside. - Spacious living-dining room, exquisitely decorated, with a reading corner with two rocking chairs, a dining room for 12/13 people and a living room with two sofas, a fireplace and a TV. - The living room connects with the hallway from where you access the bedrooms and bathrooms. - The house has Wi-Fi. - Three TVs, one on the outside porch, one in the living-dining room, and one in room number 4. - In room number 5 there is a study room. - The house has air conditioning in the living-dining room and hallway and central heating. - 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 4. - The facilities have all kinds of equipment to practice the different activities, tennis rackets, ping-pong paddles, mini-golf clubs, badminton rackets.
