Vacation home "Am Backes" with very good views

Large holiday home in the countryside - ideal for families, hikers, and cyclists. Our modernly furnished holiday home is located in the quiet Eifel village of Gefell, off all major roads, in the hilly volcanic Eifel, directly adjacent to a signposted mountain bike trail and marked hiking trails. From here, you can easily reach the Eifel Maare lakes, which are ideal for swimming and hiking in the summer, and the Maare-Mosel cycle path. The space You will occupy the two-story, 200 sqm holiday home alone. The (barrier-free) ground floor features an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a new kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster; a dining room with two highchairs for our youngest visitors; a large living room with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV; another open-plan room with seating for chatting or playing; a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub; and a storage room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and freezer. On the first floor are the four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, providing ample storage space. In the large hallway on the upper floor, we have set up a play area with a Lego train set and other toys, as well as children's books. The house is heated by a central oil heating system. Outside, there is a large terrace with a great view, an awning, garden furniture, and a gas grill for cozy barbecue evenings. There is also a garden with a swing and slide for children, as well as a trampoline and basketball hoop. There are also three free parking spaces available.
