The building was built in 2018 in a quiet residential area of Weimar. An extensive renovation took place in January 2025. The open-plan apartment 1 (40 m²) accommodates two people. Here you will find a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom with shower is separate. Free Wi-Fi, a bottle of water, coffee, as well as a city map and event tips are available. The space The living area offers a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In addition, extensive cooking and dining utensils are offered. A dining table is also available here. In the sleeping area there is a double bed with a width of 1.60 m and there is also room for a baby bed. This can be provided on request. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, an illuminated mirror and a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer. Parking is available free of charge directly at the building. You are welcome to bring your bicycles, which can be parked on the property in a bicycle stand with charging facilities for e-bikes. Guest access You will live in the apartment alone during your stay. Other things to note You are welcome to bring your bikes. The property has a bike rack with charging facilities for e-bikes.
