Our cottage, completely renovated in 2017, is located 5 minutes from Amboise and 20 minutes from Chenonceaux. It will be the perfect base from which to explore Touraine and its treasures (the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, vineyards, the Loire by bike, etc.) or even Beauval Zoo. For entertainment on site, you will have access to a games room in the cave dwelling (pool table, ping pong, foosball table, pétanque). Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The space The house, with an area of 160 m², facing southwest, includes: - On the ground floor: veranda, dining room/equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, game console), toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer). - On the 1st floor: Bedroom 1 (with shower room and separate toilet), - On the 2nd level: relaxation room (with sofa bed), bedroom 2 (with shower room), WC, bedroom 3 (with shower room), bedroom 4 (with 2 beds 90 cm wide), library, children's area, living room (with sofa bed). Bed sheets and linens provided (bath towels, tea towels) Tourist tax included. You will also appreciate the walled courtyard where children can play safely, the private parking area (3 cars), and the terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. In addition to the house, you will have at your disposal two game rooms located in cave cellars with French and American pool tables, a ping pong table, a foosball table and a pétanque court... All the facilities are private and accessible only to guests staying at the cottage. To explore our region or simply go get croissants, we provide you with 3 adult bikes. Finally, don't bother with baby equipment. In the gîte, you will find a travel crib, a bathtub, a high chair and a changing mat. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This listing is for winter bookings.
