Luxery near Louvain & Brussels

Modern residence, recently converted into a luxurious guest house. Unique location on one of the most beautiful meanders of the river Dyle in the Belgian village of Korbeek-Dijle, very close to the city of Leuven and a 25km drive from Brussels. The space On the ground floor there is a large communal sitting room with open kitchen, cloakroom, garden and terrace with BBQ. Also there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor is a second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There are three rooms available, each with their own individual character and theme. Each room is equipped with a Boxpring and flat screen TV. The rooms at the rear of the house each have a large furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the Dyle Valley. There are 3 free parkingspaces available in front of the house. Guest access The entire house is available for our visitors. They can make use of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their meals. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as cleaning products. Other things to note Cleaning of the house upon departure is included in the price. An interim cleaning can be requested upon request (= 95€). Bath and bed linen are also included. Included in the price is a flat rate for water (0.5m³/day), gas (3.5m³/day) and electricity (10kWh/day). Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. Additional consumption will be settled upon departure at 6.20€ per m³ (water), 0.15€ per m³ (gas) and 0.65€ per kWh (electricity). Pets and parties are not allowed and the whole house is non-smoking.
