The home features an entrance/living room/kitchen area with a sofa bed for two people, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The accommodation is therefore ideal for couples and families. Guests will have access to a large garden, which provides an excellent environment both for children’s play and for adults’ relaxation, thanks to a comfort zone and a solarium with a swimming pool (available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). The property is located just a few meters (about 70m) from an EnelX electric vehicle charging station. • Two sleeping spaces are in the bright bedroom (160x200 cm bed with a 23 cm memory foam mattress), and two are in the double sofa bed located in the spacious kitchen/living room (210x140 cm). An additional single bed can be added in the bedroom when needed (80x190 cm memory foam mattress, 23 cm thick). • The bathroom features a shower cabin with handheld showerhead, hairdryer, heated towel rail, a stylish round mirror, ample counter space, and a window. • Soft, generously sized towels and various guest amenities are provided. • There is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. • The kitchen is fully equipped with stovetop, oven with grill function, fridge/freezer, filter hood, toaster, kettle, and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. It is an integral part of the living area, a welcoming space to gather after a day of exploring the wonders of Campania. The room offers a large, bright window and a wooden door with glass panels that opens directly onto the patio. • Guests are offered coffee with a Nespresso machine and assorted capsules, tea, various herbal infusions, and bottled water. • The living area features a spectacular TV with access to Prime Video and Netflix (with your own account), satellite TV (Tivùsat), Wi-Fi throughout the house, a three-seater sofa bed (140x210 cm), storage spaces for guests, and a large window. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of a few staff-only cabinets (e.g., containing cleaning supplies or spare linens). Other things to note SMOKING POLICY: • Please note that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited, even with the windows open or while leaning out of them. • The entire house is equipped with smoke and CO detectors. • Penalties will be applied in case of violation of the NO SMOKING policy.
