Charming Apartment Oakland Hills

Brand new, spacious apartment with views of the beautiful Oakland hills. 5 minute walking distance from local shops and restaurants, 2 minute walk to local hiking trail and a quick drive or bus ride away from Bart which connects you to SF and the rest of the Bay. PLEASE read about the space and house rules before booking. The space The apartment is located on the second floor (lots of stairs) within the building with its own private entrance. The second floor also has another completely separate Airbnb unit. Therefore, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am and we do not allow outside guests in order to respect others in the building and neighborhood. The kitchen has a fridge microwave, oven, and stove, coffee maker. We have a limited kitchen as far as cooking utensils, perfect for light cooking. The dryer/washer is in a separate shared room on the second floor. The apartment faces a main street, which can be noisy. Earbuds are provided. Not a good space for light sleepers. Large room with large closet and small bathroom. No access to central ac but portable heater and fan are provided. Some guests have mentioned yard use, but there is no longer access to the yard.
