Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts two bedrooms & two bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, as well as one extra guest that can be accommodated on a sofa bed. The maximum capacity is 5 guests and upon arrival you will receive complimentary local products. The Ground Floor (48 sqm) features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-room area with a large dining table, a bathroom with shower, and a living-room area with two built-in sofas (typical of Cycladic architecture), a fireplace and a TV set. The living room opens up to a patio featuring a swimming pool, sun-beds and a table with seating for up to six guests. The Lower Floor (48 sqm) features two bedrooms with double built-in beds with Coco-mat mattresses and a shared bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests have the entire property to their private use!
