Our "180° View Luxury Flat" is in a 3floor Family House complex with his own private entrance on the second floor. Ideal place for families or company of friends or couples. A peaceful place to relax – share moments – over a 180° breathtaking view! Located on the Cretan Hills and only 10 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion, gives you all the privacy you need! The space The Flat is situated at 130m. sea level with an amazing breathtaking panoramic sea and mountains view and it is accessible through a staircase. From the big Veranda and the balcony, you can see from the Archaeological Site of Knossos, The mountain Psiloritis (2456m), till the whole city of Heraklion, the Port and the sea! Also, the view gives you a spot on the Cretan hills with the olive trees and the great immerse in green, landscape. Guest access The Flat is a brand new space ready & finished in April 2018, within a well-organized 110sq m. there is everything you can ask for! The 3 spacious bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a King size bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds which can be joined and become a king-size double bed and 1 more bedroom with one single bed that also can be used as a small working place because it offers office facilities and a working place with pc or laptop stand). The flat has 2 bathrooms, the main one with a big shower cabin and a second one with a shower. The 40sq m. spacious living room with an open space kitchen gives you the feeling of freedom and tranquility that everybody needs! The living room has a big corner sofa and a 55’’ Led TV screen with satellite channels in multiple languages, Netflix, movie library and Internet options equipped with a 2.1 surround system. The fully equipped large open-air kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances (kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery & silverware), Gas Stove, Oven, Microwave, Espresso Maker, Coffee Maker, Greek Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. The flat also features a big veranda and a Balcony. The Veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for having breakfast/lunch/dinner as you see the best panorama from the Cretan mountains till the Cretan Sea. It also has a cozy seating set with handwoven chairs, footstools and a table, an ideal spot for a relaxing moment, for reading or having a cocktail as you watch the sunset. On the other side, the small balcony offers a typical Cretan corner with a traditional handmade wrought iron table and handmade wicker chairs.
