With approximately 60m2 on the ground floor and easy accessibility, this apartment is designed for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed in the living room. Whether it's for relaxation or active holiday planning - the apartment offers an optimal starting point. The proximity to the east and west shores of the peninsula allows for a variety of water sports activities and the exploration of the picturesque landscape on foot or by bike. Inside, the apartment offers a cozy and welcoming space. A separate bedroom with a double bed and dresser, plus additional storage space, ensure comfort. The living room features a sofa bed for lounging, and the adjoining balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, accommodates up to 4 people. A separate dining area and a well-equipped single kitchen in the hallway complete the amenities. Practical conveniences such as a clothes horse, ironing board, and iron are provided, and a washing machine is available in the communal basement. The outdoor area and surroundings of the apartment are a true paradise for nature lovers and those active.
