Where will I be? Riverside Cottage has direct access to Minnamurra River. Within easy walking distance you will find cafes and the Minnamurra train station. It is a 3 minute drive to the local IGA, liquor shop and takeaways. Why choose Riverside Cottage? Location, location, location! You have everything you could need for your holiday at the tip of your fingers. The Minnamurra River is literally on your doorstep and local amenities are a short walk or drive away. How is the property laid out? The cottage has an open plan kitchen living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a built in oven, induction cook top, microwave and dishwasher. The living area opens onto the outdoor undercover area. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan and bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen has a Nespresso pod coffee machine. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Riverside Cottage is directly on the Minnamurra River. Surf Beach and the bird sanctuary are across the river, and can be accessed via the sand bank at low tide. Staying warm or keeping cool? There is underfloor heating and a combustion fire to keep you warm through the winter. The bedroom also has split system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Finally, the doors and windows have fly screens so you catch the breeze in the summer. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is under cover off street parking for one car. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Riverside Cottage is a pet friendly property, however please note that the Minnamurra River is not a pet off leash area and dogs are not allowed to swim in the river, or along its banks. You will need to keep you dog on the property or walk it elsewhere. Your pet stay is also subject to the following rules, please: Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
