Pedernales River Cabana with Pool and Hot Tub

Picturesque guesthouse on the Pedernales River in the Hill Country. Off Hwy 71 between Austin & Marble Falls the property is close to wineries, breweries/distilleries, boating/fishing & the Hill Country Galleria. Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool, caves & ziplines are close by. Cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen or visit local restaurants. Relax by the pool or enjoy the large hot tub anytime of the year. Bring canoe, kayak, or boat to use from personal dock. Dock is under repair and not in service. The space Very secluded and peaceful space. The full size kitchen is covered but not enclosed. The outdoor detached bathroom is downstairs and has a full shower. If you have health issues and need to have a bathroom in close proximity, this space is probably not for you. Bathroom is not heated nor cooled. There are two double beds upstairs in the one bedroom and a small sitting area. There is a large propane fire pit in the covered area adjacent to the kitchen. The guesthouse is approximately 20 feet from the main house. The private neighborhood boat launch is close by. There are window coverings but guests can choose to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Pedernales River and the stunning morning sunrise or close the blinds to sleep in. Since most spaces are outdoors, you may want to bring bug spray and/or insect repellent. Guest access **Please note, the bathroom is detached and outside.**The entire separate guesthouse is available for your use. This includes the use of the outdoor kitchen, grill, outdoor living room and bathroom, pool and hot tub. There is also a lower deck close to the river and a dock. ** The dock is under repair and not in service** The owners live on premise in the main house approximately 20 feet from the guesthouse. Although not common, the owners may use any outdoor areas. Other things to note We do not provide breakfast, but there is coffee and tea in the guestroom. Please note, in colder weather, the hot tub may take longer to heat. The same will apply to the shower. Also, the hot tub and the fire pit are on a propane tank, so will be turned off by the owners when not in use. When the river is low, only small boats are appropriate and the dock may not be floating. There is a smart TV in the guest house.
