The space ScorpioBay Villa is a stylish 3-level, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat built into a quiet hillside above the sea in Skorponeria, Viotia — just 90 minutes from Athens. Designed for families or groups up to 10 guests, it blends authentic Greek coastal scenery with comfort and calm. The villa opens to a breathtaking view of the Aegean from its many terraces and rooms. At the center of outdoor life is the 60m² private pool, a BBQ, an outdoor dining area with exquisite sea views and a garden. Inside, you’ll find a serene living and dining room, a fully equipped whitewashed-rustique kitchen, and a guest WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a private balcony and a jacuzzi en-suite, with two more stylish double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Below the pool level, two self-contained en-suite studios with sea-view terraces offer added privacy — ideal for teens, grandparents, or couples (no wifi). They are available at an extra charge for groups over 8 guests, or whenever there is a specific request from guests. A small, secluded beach lies just below the property, reached via stairs and a dirt path — perfect for a refreshing dip in nature. The property also includes private parking for up to 4 cars, free WiFi (not in the studios), A/C and a washing machine. This is a villa for those who value sea views, space, and stillness — a place to reconnect with yourself and those you love. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all the spaces and amenities of the villa (pool, garden, small private beach, BBQ). Other things to note ACCESS TO THE BEACH Just below the villa, you’ll find a secluded little beach — a charming spot for a refreshing swim in the Aegean. Reaching it involves about four sets of stairs. followed by a short but fairly steep dirt path (see photos for reference), which may be challenging for young children or anyone with mobility concerns. Depending on wind and currents, the sea may occasionally bring in some debris. While we try to keep the beach clean when possible, this is a natural occurrence beyond our control. -- Wi-Fi is available throughout the main villa. The two studios below pool level don’t have Wi-Fi coverage, which many guests enjoy as a chance to fully unplug and soak in the serene surroundings 🌿. If you do need internet access there, the easiest solution is to preload your phone with some extra mobile data. -- The two lower-level studios have gentler water pressure than the main villa — fine for daily showers and use, just not as strong as in a brand-new home. Very occasionally, a mild drain odor may also be noticeable in the downstairs bathrooms; this is something common in villas in our area and usually clears quickly with a bit of ventilation.
