Beach front living at Emu Bay

A modern beach house sitting in the dunes by the beach with a private path down to the sea. Emu Bay is the premiere swimming beach of the island. The property has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people, one bathroom, a large open plan living area with huge kitchen, laundry, and a lovely sunny seaside deck. The space You can't get closer to the beach than this! Sit on your deck and enjoy listening to the waves and watching the birds fly by. If you are lucky a koala may hang out in the trees overhead. On winter evenings you may be visited by penguins out for a stroll. Emu Bay is close to Kingscote, and a great place to stay while visiting the other highlights of the island. Guest access You will have full, private access to the property. Other things to note We are a rainwater only property, and so it is important to use water carefully. The rainwater is safe to drink.
