Two separately lockable bedrooms (approximately 15–16 m² each) have a 180 × 200 cm double bed each. The first has a box-spring bed with two mattress firmness levels (H2/H3); the second has a design bed with mattresses replaced in 2026. In the open-plan living room (approximately 36 m²), the seating corner unfolds into a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed for two people. Guests unfold it themselves; it can be used as a sofa during the day. Bed linen is provided at no extra charge in the large sliding-door wardrobe in one bedroom. An additional sleeper chair for one adult allows an alternative sleeping arrangement within the six-guest maximum; its linen is also included. The living-room sleeping spaces cannot be locked off separately. KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cookware. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub; there is also a separate WC. Bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo are included. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment. LIVING AND WORKING Living and dining area, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and LAN, a desk and a terrace overlooking greenery. WITH CHILDREN High chair, play corner and, when needed, two free travel cots with their standard mattresses. Please bring your own travel-cot linen. LOCATION Mainz-Lerchenberg, near ZDF and Ober-Olmer Forest. Shops, bus and tram connections are in the surrounding area. Arrival, access and parking information is under “Guest access”. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the terrace, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, washer and dryer. It is on the first floor above ground level in a two-family house; access is via stairs and is not step-free. Self check-in is available from 4 pm, including at night, with no latest arrival time. You will receive the access information before arrival. Check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible on request, subject to availability and explicit confirmation from Eleonora. Free public parking is available in the residential street and nearby. The apartment does not include a reserved or guaranteed parking space. Other things to note • Additional cleaning during your stay is available on request and subject to availability.
