The spacious and new bathrooms are equipped with fluffy towels and bath amenities. Shampoo and shower gel are also available. Fine linens, new high-quality beds (a box spring bed and an Italian real wood veneered design bed with branded mattresses and slatted frames) offer your back relaxation and ensure good sleep. The washing machine and dryer are in the large storage room and make traveling with less luggage easier. The ironing board and iron are also provided. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A total of 3 TVs with satellite connection are available (55-inch TV in the living room and 40-inch TVs in the bedrooms). In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi and in-house LAN. We will be happy to provide you with a baby crib on request. As parents of three children, we attach particular importance to selected materials, such as a breathable baby mattress. The lovingly furnished play corner will delight your children. Guest access Sunny terrace over 21 square meters is available for our guests to relax. Laundry room (in the apartment) with washer and dryer and many household aids can be used free of charge. Other things to note House rules 1. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond the specified check-out time or delay our cleaning staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not eligible to reserve or book in their place of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city. 3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, even on balconies and shared spaces. Violations of the smoking ban are subject to a fine of €300 plus the cost of cleaning, ozone treatment, deodorization and repair of damages. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the booking are not allowed. 6. No pets allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. We recommend guests with assistance animals contact us prior to their stay. 7. Guests shall pay for the replacement of lost keys, key cards, key chains or parking permits. 8. Noise detector technology can be used in the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. 9. Guests take full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report all property damage to the host. 10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to house rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
