Enjoy the slopes at the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort (less than two miles away) or drive a little further out to Northstar California Resort (just over 13 miles out). Spend a beautiful California day taking in the scenery at Donner Lake, just over 11 miles from this home (guests can use the private Tahoe Donner beach!). Tahoe Donner has 60+ miles of hiking, biking, riding trails and fire service roads for guests to explore. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen Dog-friendly 4WD/traction is required in winter *Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home. *No excessive noise and/or trash *All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week *The shared hot tubs are still closed due to local rules and regulations. No opening date has been decided upon. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking Notes: There is a two car garage. Four cars can fit in the driveway. No cars are allowed on the street. The HOA fines guests that park on the street. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
