The Maison des Ruffes is located in Octon in a quiet residential area, a 15-minute walk from the lake and the city center. It's the village of my childhood full of beautiful memories and I will be happy to share my recommendations! The space The house has a lot of charm and has a separate entrance with an electric gate and is completely fenced and not overlooked. The terrace has a nice view of the mountains, the Mas de Clergues district and the Salagou valley. It is covered by a trellis that provides shade in summer. The interior is very bright and warm. A pellet stove provides comfortable heat in winter without maintenance. The house is well insulated, which makes it possible to have an ever cooler temperature indoors.
