Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with: - Oven and ceramic hob, sink - Microwave - Refrigerator - Coffee machine with filter bags and coffee powder - Toaster - Kettle with different types of tea - Crockery, cutlery, bottle openers, etc. If desired, we can also provide all the ingredients for breakfast (sausage, cheese, jam, bread/rolls, etc.) for a small additional charge. The following is available for your entertainment: - WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS - 40 inch flat screen (102cm diameter) with satellite reception - Netflix free - Media player (DAB+ radio and music content via Bluetooth) - HDMI/USB port for external hard drives/laptop The bathroom is equipped with: - Shower with real glass partition and overhead shower - Toilet - Sink/mirror - Hairdryer - Hand and bath towels, washcloths - Shampoo and washing gel - Deodorant The living room/bedroom is equipped with: - Bed (140 x 200cm) with the test-winning mattress Emma One. It is very comfortable and usually large enough for a couple. This bed is not suitable for anyone who needs more space when sleeping or for two people who don't want to sleep together in a small bed! - Duvets / pillows including bed linen - extendable dining table with two chairs - Wardrobe with mirror door, hangers - Iron, ironing board - Indirect ventilation via switchable heat exchanger - direct ventilation via windows Guest access You can use the terrace in front of the building. Here is a table with four chairs. To unload your luggage you can park directly in front of our garage. Apart from that there is enough free and secure parking in the very quiet side street. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We would therefore ask you not to smoke in the apartment and not to throw the cigarette butts to the ground, if you smoke in front of the apartment. For this we have a small mini ashtray in the form of an english telephone cell. We provide you with free internet access via WiFi. To enable you to use the Internet connection, we must point out the following: In Germany, internet subscribers may be held responsible for infringing actions resulting from the use of their internet connection. It is technically possible to track down internet infringements and to file a claim for damages (among others) against the subscriber before the competent Court. Despite this risk, Provider wishes to make the internet connection available to User and trusts that the applicable rules and laws in Germany will be respected. In particular, you may not do illegal downloads or file sharing, you don´t visit pornographic or violent websites, or any other unlawful acts may be made through the internet connection provided. We kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care and keep it clean. Items such as bicycles do NOT belong in the apartment! You are welcome to park your bicycles on our fenced property!
