The cozy living room is designed for relaxation with a standard couch and armchair, complemented by a Roku TV for entertainment and electric fireplace for the cozier months. The couch converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The living room also features a wet bar with wine and cocktail glasses. BEDROOMS Bedroom #1 - Primary Bedroom - Second Floor: Includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, private deck with chairs, a desk, room A/C unit for quick cooling and original artwork by a South Carolinian. Bedroom #2 - Main Floor: Features a full-sized bed, twin bed, closet, dresser, Roku TV, and room darkening curtains. There is also private access to the hallway bath BATHROOMS Bathroom #1: Ensuite full bathroom in the primary bedroom with shower/tub combo and skylight. Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub combo and essential toiletries provided, located on the main floor. Accessible from the hallway and also from bedroom #2. OUTDOOR SPACE Relax on couch in the lovely screened-in lanai with expansive views—perfect for reading, birdwatching, or napping. Enjoy the serene surroundings on the balcony of the first floor with a 4-seater outdoor table, or the balcony of the second floor bedroom. Explore the community and take advantage of the pool, waterside deck, bocce ball court, tennis and pickle ball courts, pavilion, fire pit and grill. All about a 2-minute walk from the villa. Grilling utensils, a bocce ball set, a 2 tennis rackets are provided. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2-story condo. Access to the bedrooms requires climbing stairs. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property. LIC005519 Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the space except for one locked closet. There is one dedicated parking spot for guests immediately outside the condo. Guests may also park in any available non-dedicated spot. Other things to note If you would like to request a shorter stay, occasionally I can be flexible. Please message me and I will see if I can accommodate your request. Guests must provide vehicle information in order to register their automobile with the HOA. I personally clean the condo between visits, and have a long list of high-touch surfaces that are cleaned and disinfected in between stays (things like remote controls, thermostat, door handles, light switches, kitchen hardware, refrigerator handles, etc.)
