The space Situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Baiersbronn Obertal, the 63-m² “Tannenballett” vacation rental on the 10th floor – easily accessible by elevator – offers a stunning view over the Black Forest. From the windows and the balcony, you can watch the tall fir trees gently swaying in the wind – almost like a ballet of nature. This unique spectacle gives the apartment its name and creates a very special atmosphere. The spacious living room, with its large window wall and access to the balcony, invites you to relax. Here, you can enjoy sweeping views over forests and mountains and find peace and quiet. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in). A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide plenty of space for your personal belongings. From the bed, you can enjoy the view of the pine tree tops of the Black Forest. You can spend time on the large south-facing balcony at any time of day – enjoying breakfast in the fresh air, basking in the warm midday sun, relaxing at the end of the day with a view of the sunset, or at night under the clear starry sky. Thanks to its quiet location on the edge of the forest, you will experience a special atmosphere here that invites you to switch off and enjoy yourself. The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a large freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven and a dishwasher. You will find everything you need for cooking. A dining table for four people offers plenty of space to eat together or spend time together. The bathroom has a shower and all the essential amenities for your stay. The apartment is set up for two adults, but children are also welcome. Unfortunately no pets are permitted. Free parking is right by the house, and a bus stop is also within easy reach. We have other vacation rentals in the building, so you can also stay with friends or family – together but still separately. The surrounding area offers numerous possibilities for active vacations and recreation. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Obertal spa park, outdoor swimming pools, and many other attractions in the Black Forest. In just a few minutes, you can also reach part of the Baiersbronn Wanderhimmel area, which offers a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails, the Obertaler Kurpark spa park with its therapeutic Kneipp facility, two outdoor swimming pools, and the Glashütte Buhlbach cultural park. By car, you can quickly reach the Schwarzwaldhochstraße, Mummelsee, the Lothar Trail, and many other destinations. During the winter months, the region offers a stunning snowy landscape. A wide range of winter sports options, including ski lifts, a well-developed network of cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, and an indoor ice rink, ensure plenty of variety. The city tax is already included in the price of the accommodation – there are no additional costs for this on site.
