It is ideal for a wealth of outdoors activities among which hiking, biking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, spelegology, cave visits, Cathare castles... Catherine and Damien live just next door and are happy to provide information as much on the activities as on the typical food that the region has to offer.
