Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out. The space The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. You have an access to entire space. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. You are not going to share this room with other guests. Other things to note The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
