With three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—the house accommodates up to 8 people, thanks to a double sofa bed in the living room. The spacious living area is thoughtfully decorated for both functionality and comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. Outside, the highlight is a fantastic swimming pool set in a large lawn area, perfect for fun and relaxation. The space is ideal for long lunches and barbecues with family or friends, featuring an excellent indoor barbecue area for grill enthusiasts. If you rent a car, private parking is available on the property. Area This property is located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta. Being in a more secluded area, you will not find any kind of commerce in the vicinity of the property. Forty minutes by car are Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away. In Prazeres area you can find a market and restaurants. In the municipality of Calheta you can visit the museum installed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the center of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays.
