Possibility to rent only the ground floor with 3 bedrooms, i.e. 6 people maximum. Quote on request. Ideal for a family reunion, a group of friends... The space Each room includes high quality services with: a double bed, large closet, and direct access to the garden or private balcony (except room # 5). Independent bathroom, large bath and toilet. Each room is equipped with bed linen and bath. The common areas consist of a large fitted kitchen (2 fridges, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.), dining table, a pleasant living room on the mezzanine, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, parking, and with access to the garden in front of the house. Taxi service can be arranged for any travel to or from the property. The train station is less than 10 min walk with regular trains to Paris Gare de Lyon (32 min) and Fontainebleau (5 min). On foot, the Estate is also close to all amenities: shops, forest, riding school, cycle paths, golf, sports centers and Spa.
