This house of very high quality was built in 2006 as a 1 ½-storey semi-detached house in a combination of wood and brick. Each house in the plot has a covered as well as an open terrace with garden furniture. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white appliances, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer and cooker with ceramic hobs. The living room is furnished with a stove, radio and television. The living room has access to the terrace where the views can be enjoyed. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower and sauna. In addition, scullery with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the basement and equipped with a double bed. In addition to the 2 rooms there is a guest toilet.
