The house is air-conditioned and has an internet connection, which makes it perfect for remote working. The space The house is very comfortable and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. The house, spacious overall about 60 sqm is spread across 2 levels: - upstairs is the main entrance with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, the living room with a double sofa bed, a full and equipped kitchen and a TV corner; - the basement includes the double bedroom and full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house also has a small outdoor space in the back, where there is a clothesline and a very comfortable outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the sea. Guest access The house is independent for the exclusive use of guests.
