The villa is furnished with country taste. We find a large dining room with a modern open kitchen, a living room with TV and fireplace, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of which for the disabled). Going up the stairs to the first floor there are five large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two doubles, one double with two bunk beds, and the other two with an extra bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For the winter period the heating will be calculated on the basis of actual pellet consumption at the current sale price Utilities are not included in the rental price and will be calculated based on actual consumption at the time of check-out. Furthermore, many services can be booked including private chefs for breakfasts, lunches or dinners, cooking classes, excursions with specialized guides and private minivans to visit cities, villages and many seaside resorts throughout Tuscany. The property can also be used to celebrate small weddings and parties of all kinds both inside and outside the villa.
