At the heart of the Wine Route between Vaison-la-Romaine and Avignon, more precisely in Séguret, is the Mas des Fleurs.   The Mas des Fleurs, with a living area of 250 m2, has been tastefully renovated in keeping with the Provençal style. It is located in the middle of the vineyards and the enclosed garden of 1000 m2 offers a view of the village of Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the Dentelles de Montmirail, a limestone massif whose erosion has formed needles and peaks. The space You will be seduced by the vegetation and flowers that enchant the property and give the place a bucolic and relaxing atmosphere. You can have breakfast under a flowered pergola, play petanque in the inner courtyard, relax on the sun loungers by the pool (Length 10 m * width 5.5 m, secured by a wooden fence and heated by solar panels), enjoy the freshness of the shaded terrace under the song of cicadas, and have an aperitif facing the setting sun.  One of the terraces is equipped with a barbecue area and will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings. The mas is composed of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people.   On the ground floor is the equipped kitchen, the dining room, the 2 living rooms, one of which has a fireplace, the green bedroom (bed of 160 x 200) and the shower room. Upstairs, there are the blue and yellow bedrooms (beds of 160 x 200), the very spacious master bedroom (a bed of 180 x 200 and a bed of 110 x 190), next to which is the large and bright bathroom (bath and shower). The blue bedroom is ideal for children, as it is adjacent to the bathroom and the master bedroom. In the inner courtyard, the small annex is converted into a children's room (bunk beds). The entire property is equipped with external lighting (wall and ground) allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities at night. For little ones, two children's chairs and two baby beds are available. We can also recommend the services of a babysitter or kitchen assistant.  Finally, two bicycles are at your disposal and will allow you to go for a ride around the property. Other things to note In addition to the rental price, there is €20 per person for bed sheets and bath towels.
