Other things to note My neighborhood is very family friendly. If possible, I would like my guests to be as invisible to my neighbors as possible. Please ensure the Garage Door remains closed at all times. I want my neighbors privacy and livelihood respected at all times. For this reason I have instituted a fining policy for noise disturbances: $500 for being on the patio after midnight (levied at my discretion) $2,000 for noise disturbances that result in a violation from my Homeowner's Association.
