The perfect tiny house Victoria retreat near Melbourne, nestled on 65 acres of farmland surrounded by dense woodland, bushwalking trails, and farm animals (e.g., such as horses, cows, chickens, etc.) to keep you company. So, pack your bags, make a reservation, and spend your holidays at our little paradise! The space Wodalla Horse Farmstay sits in the quiet town of Nyora, in South Gippsland. Nearby Olive at Loch, Great Southern Rail Trail, and Philip Island, which is mostly renowned for breathtaking coastal beauty and a variety of wildlife. A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food during your stay with us. Thank you! Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence which is approximately 150 meters away. Other things to note - No smoking allowed on the property - Pets are not allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please be advised that we have free-roaming livestock on our property - Given the rural and farm setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION - We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep - Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Pre-booked activities - Horse riding is currently unavailable - Guests are welcome to greet our farm animals - Trail riding is also available to guests in Bunyip Forest - If you're interested in the above-mentioned activities, please contact the land host 24 hrs before arrival Important note: - Please advise that there will be some farm animal noise during your stay with us - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
