The Villa can only be booked in one. 5 bedrooms, 2 wardrobes, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 4 showers, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 summer kitchen, infrared and traditional sauna, jacuzzi, leisure room, indoor pool, meeting room, barbecue terrace, wine cellar, playground, sun terrace, heated garage for 2 cars. Kitchens: Equipment to meet all needs In both kitchens: oven, ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses and cutlery for 12 people, cookware sets suitable for cooking and baking. Dining table for 12 people. In the indoor kitchen, there is an American refrigerator with ice maker and filtered cold water, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Living room: Led TV, DVD, CD player, fireplace with wood provided/ books, magazines and aquarium radiating tranquility. On the lower level of the villa there is a leisure room, infrared and traditional sauna, snail shower with heated relax benches, pool area, wellness lounge, toilet. A meeting room for 20 people was set up on this level. In the leisure room there is a foosball, darts and ping pong table in winter. The 60m² terrace at the back can be the scene of family and friends gatherings, as there is a beautifully designed wine cellar, barbecue, oven, courtyard kitchen and a fully equipped summer kitchen to serve it. In the courtyard there is a garden pond with a fountain, a resting bench, a larger grassy space designed for play, a wooden house built for children, among wonderful plants.
