Enjoy ducted air-conditioning, games room, swimming pool, pizza oven, tennis court or a quick cycle to famous wineries, hatted restaurants & cellar doors. The space Spread out and relax across three indoor living areas, one with a full wall window overlooking your own private vineyard or read a book in the covered outdoor courtyard with pizza oven and BBQ. Snuggle down in the games room for a movie or a match of pingpong, cool off in the 15m pool or thrash it out on the tennis court (antbed - lines not marked). Large open living and dining area, brand new, inbuilt fireplace to warm in front of and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. We have 4 beautifully decorated Queen size bedrooms plus a Queen size sofa bed and single camping stretcher in the games room accommodating a total of 11 people, two separate bathrooms, and three loo's.
