CLEANING & LINEN FEE A cleaning & linen fee applies to all bookings. Due to the limited changeover time between bookings, we must insist that you clean your dishes and put them away, leave the premises tidy, and CLEAN THE BBQ. The fee covers linen changeover, floor vacuuming, and general cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. Please clean up after your pet if required. Should additional cleaning or a special rubbish bin clearance be required, the cost will be deducted from the refundable security bond. RUBBISH COLLECTION The bin must be placed on the verge for emptying on Wednesday night as pick-up is Thursday morning. Should you be leaving before bin collection day, please ensure that the bin is put out on the day of your departure, failure to do so may result in an alternative collection being arranged and the cost for which will be deducted from your refundable security bond monies.
