The space In the heart of the Val di Chio, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and only a few km far form the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, we find the lovely CASA DI PINO, small and ancient stone cottage dated back to the year 1200, like the beautiful "Maestà" a painted Madonna with child which you can admire in the nearby grove inside the property. At the edge of the property a green wood, ideal to have enchanting walks during the hot summer days. In the wide garden in front of the house there are a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth m. 1,20-1,50) with Jacuzzi, the barbecue and a gazebo equipped with table and chairs ideal to eat "al fresco" admiring the high hills which crown the surrounding landscape. Castiglion Fiorentino is only 7 km far and offers shops, restaurants and all kind of services. A few metres far from the house a panoramic secondary road which crosses the hills and joins Castiglion Fiorentino to the town of Cortona and to the nearby Umbria region. Good quality and comfortable furniture in tone with the style of the house, which is endowed with air conditioning and satellite television. The property accepts small size pets. Ground Floor: going down one step access to living-dining room with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. First Floor: with access through internal stone and wrought iron staircase, wide room with terra-cotta floors and characteristic ceiling with wood beams where there are a double bed and two single beds divided by a room divider.
