The Sea Shell-New House with Direct Beach Access

Sea Shell is a stunning new home with direct beach access. While the house itself is new, I am an experienced host dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic stay. With five bedrooms, three living areas, three bathrooms, and a separate toilet, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The space Welcome Home! This gorgeous new house is located just a stone’s throw from the beach. It features 5 luxurious bedrooms, 3 spacious living areas, and internal access to the garage. Fire up the BBQ on the balcony or cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen—this house has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, except one locked cupboard in the laundry and the under-stairs storage area. Other things to note We have a security camera that just covers the back door and the side fence. Most guests do not access this part of the property, although you can, if you wish. We welcome fully house trained pets to stay with you! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please review our pet policy below: Pet Information Required: How many pets will be accompanying you? Please provide details of their breed, age and gender. We do not allow puppies or dogs that are not fully house-trained. Pet Owner Responsibilities: We assume you are responsible pet parents who will prevent excessive noise and ensure proper cleanup after your pet. If your dog tends to bark when left alone in a new environment, please take them with you at all times. Pet Fee: A $50 pet fee per pet, per stay will be added to your booking.
