We welcome you to "La Grange" 18th on the family property within a set of typical Quercy buildings surrounded by the 12-hectare truffle field. The barn is located away from the city and allows you to operate completely autonomously and safely, with private parking. We are located in Lalbenque in the Lot, a small Quercy village, capital of the Black Truffle, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Natural Park. A haven of peace and tranquility in an exceptional, authentic and warm setting ... Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends! You will be seduced by the layout, the monumental structure, the warmth of the old materials, stone walls and century-old beams, the neat decoration... cozy and calm atmosphere assured! The secluded private pool and hot tub with truffle table views and horses will allow you to relax ... The hot tub is accessible in any season upon request. The cottage is 340 m2, it has 6 spacious double bedrooms (about 20 m2 each), all equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet, desk, dressing room, high quality bedding in 160 cm, wifi. One of the bedrooms on the garden level can accommodate 2 additional beds in 80cm. Three bedrooms are set up on the garden level with direct access to the park. The other 3 are on the mezzanine, they have the charm of the attic rooms. To gather comfortably, you will have the large living room of 100m2, its large sofas, its extension table up to 14 people, the stove in the “Cantou” for winter evenings, the library, foosball table, TV 108cm, Wifi throughout the house. To enjoy the outdoors: the arbor overlooking the garden can accommodate up to 14 people in the summer with a 70 cm stainless steel gas grill and Weber barbecue. To relax: garden furniture, tables, sunbeds and umbrellas around the 12x5m swimming pool and 5 seater hot tub. The large kitchen is fully equipped: gas and induction cooktops, dishwasher, steam oven, American fridge (ice cubes and freezer), filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster... Laundry room with washing machine and high capacity dryer, ironing board and iron. For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with underfloor heating on the garden level and central heating in the bedrooms. For winter evenings you can enjoy the large wood-burning stove, we provide the wood. We are 300 m from the heart of the village with all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, doctor, pharmacy, gas...) as well as 3 restaurants and 2 pizzerias. For your peace of mind, the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms at the end of the stay is included (the cleaning of the kitchen and living room is your responsibility, a supplement of up to €150 will be applied if it was not done correctly) Heating, wood and electricity included Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. in season and possibility until 5 p.m. off season (on request and after confirmation from us) Pets can be accepted upon request and after validation by us.
