Harding Hideaway, easy access to Virginia Tech

Over the hill from the bustle of downtown, enjoy country quiet, with easy access to Blacksburg and VT campus. Welcome to my home, I live here. I am offering the first floor of my home for your stay. For your arrival, the first floor will be cleaned, beds prepared with fresh linens & fresh towels hung in the bathroom Booking is for: -Private area: Guest bedroom -Common space: Front room, Kitchen & Dining area, Backroom, Laundry, Bathroom, Deck Parking: paved driveway that leads to my garage The space Harding Hideaway is a single family bungalow that contains 1,552 sq ft and was built in 1950, with and effective year build date of 1970. Home has been updated with central Air and Heating. This booking is for my guest bed room with access to the first floor of my house which includes the following: - Private guest bedroom, with queen bed. * Pocket door provides privacy Common space: - Front room/living room 1 * The front door opens into the front room, and there are steps leading to my master bedroom. (The master bedroom is not part of the booking as it is my private space. ) - Kitchen, with amenities (Coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils) - Dining area, table with 4 chairs - Backroom/Living room 2, with two queen-sized pull-out couches. *The interior door can be closed to provide privacy to this space. - Laundry room with washer and dryer - Bathroom, with tub/shower. - Deck, two tables, seating area, propane grill, and hillside view. Parking: -Ample parking on the property. Please feel free to park anywhere on the paved driveway as long as you are not blocking the garage. Do not park in the neighbor's yard or on the gravel road (Fleet's Way) that is adjacent to the house. Not part of Airbnb Booking: -Second floor/upstairs of my home -Garage: Not part of the Airbnb booking -I do not provide food. Feel free to use the kitchen and refrigerator, please clean up after yourself. Guest access Guests will have access through the front and/or back doors via a keypad. A unique code to the door will be sent to you the day before your booking. Please lock doors when you leave for the day/night. Guests will have private and sole access to the first floor guest bedroom which includes a queen bed and pocket door for privacy. Guests will have shared access (with the homeowner) to the following common spaces: -First floor which includes the following areas: -Front room/Living room 1, the front door opens into the front room -Kitchen/dining area -Backroom/Living room 2, with two queen-sized pull-out couches, has a door -Laundry room, washer and dryer -First Floor Bathroom -Deck, two tables, seating area, propane grill, and hillside view. Guests may park on the property. Please park on the paved driveway area and ensure you are not blocking the garage. Do not park in the neighbor's yard or on the gravel road (Fleet's Way) that is adjacent to the house. During your stay I hope to welcome you and help make your stay enjoyable. I live in this home. The upstairs/second floor of the home is not part of the booking, The upstairs/second floor is a bedroom and bathroom. I do not interact with guests much, I may be around. Other things to note -Please do not park on the private road next to my house, Fleets Way. It leads to 4 houses, this is their only access. Do not park in my neighbor's yard. -Please indicate the number of guests in your party. This will allow me to prepare for your stay and set up the appropriate number of beds. -If you need to adjust the number of guests, please message the host before your arrival so that an adjustment can be made (maximum of 6 total guests). -Please do not smoke in the home or bring pets into my home.
