The 3-star Gîte de l’Escapade in Frossay accommodates up to 5 people. Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed. The space The Escapade gîte is a 94 m2 village house with a 300 m2 garden. GROUND FLOOR : You will find a bright equipped kitchen (fridge with ventilated freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) which opens onto a large living room equipped with 'a fireplace with insert. In this living room, in the lounge area you have a sofa convertible into a 130 x 190 bed (It is prepared on request) and 2 armchairs. A flat screen television is installed with a DVD player and various DVDs at your disposal. There are also board games for children and adults as well as some books. The dining area can accommodate 6 people. You will also find the bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board with iron and a dressing room. The separate toilets are also on the ground floor. TERRACE AND GARDEN The kitchen opens onto a terrace, equipped with a table, six chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue, through a large bay window. Extending from the terrace, a 300-square-meter, walled garden with trees welcomes you to relax on its lounge chairs and garden furniture. OUTBUILDING This area offers sheltered parking for your bicycles during your stay. UPSTAIRS A landing gives access to three bedrooms: - The first is equipped with a 90 x 190 bed and a chest of drawers; - In the second, a 160 x 200 bed which can be installed into 2 80 x 200 beds and a dressing room; - In the last one, 2 80 x 200 beds can be installed into a 160 x 200 bed and a chest of drawers. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made at no extra charge according to the requested configuration. You will find 2 pillows, a duvet and a blanket for each bed. Towels will also be provided to you as part of the service. You will have a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, shower bath, a tea towel, soluble espresso coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, a dishwasher/day tablet, dishwashing detergent and toiletries. housekeeping which will be provided on site On request and at no extra charge, you can have the loan of baby essentials: high chair; bed ; changing table; bathtub ; toilet or potty reducer. On request and with supplement for stays of 1 night, you can have a breakfast basket. Request to be made when booking. On the whole accommodation you have free Internet by wifi. Guest access You will be the only occupants in the entire accommodation as well as the garden. Other things to note The loan of baby equipment is possible on request (high chair, bed, bath) Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the stay. For stays of one night or for the first night of your stay, you can have breakfast with a supplement of €6 or €8/person depending on the type. This service is provided on request. Cleaning is not included for any stay of less than a week, a flat rate of 70 € will be claimed if it is not done correctly or if you do not wish to do so. In the outbuilding you can park your bikes safely during your stay.
