Chill and Comfy in Ocean Beach!

**Our home is located in the Ocean Beach (OB) community of San Diego, CA. OB is a wonderful community that gives you a truly Southern California (SoCal) experience. My place is just 4 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. It is a great vacation location and always very clean!! Come escape the craziness with Long Beach walks and clean sea air!! Contact for month to month availability ($2,850 flat rate Feb - May) The space The entire inside of the house was redone recently. It is modern yet cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Apologies, but we cannot offer parking in this unit. If anything is missing, let me know. Guest access The whole house is yours, however we do lock the utility room (water heater, storage, etc...). Shared washer/dryer on site. Other things to note We purchased this 2 unit property because we wanted to be close to the beach and also have a place for our parents and amazing family members to stay when they visit. The rental income is nice, but we want to ensure all our guests are respectful to the neighbors and the community. The house is honestly best for two people, but can accommodate up to 4 due to the sofa bed. Sorry we do not allow parties or gatherings. For those unfamiliar with San Diego we have a great airport nearby, but it also means all those flights take off over the beach communities. If you are looking to escape that noise completely I recommend North of La Jolla. Please understand check in/out times are firm (10am/3pm). We have a hard-working small business that services our properties and several others. They need that timeframe to clean places and account for times when some guests leave more to clean than others.
