MINIMUM 30 NIGHT BOOKING. Bright spacious self contained two bedroom apartment on the second floor of our home. Excellent space for out of town workers. Eat in kitchen that is fully outfitted for you. Three season sunporch. Near two butcher shops, pharmacy, Tim Hortons and a local grocery. Close to the Algoma Steel, International Bridge and Casino. Parking on site for one vehicle, message me if you have two vehicles please. Note this 103 year old house has some squeaky floors. The space Good for families, couples and our of town workers. Full size fridge and stove in kitchen. Large bathroom with tub/shower combo. Stocked with towels, soap, hairdryer etc. All linens for beds are provided and many extras for a comfortable stay. Check in times can be arranged to better suit your travel plans if necessary. Please message me with any request and I will do my very best to accommodate you! Electronic door knob for self check in anytime after 3 PM. Please note this is a 103 year old house and has squeaky hardwood floors. Guest access You will stay in a self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of our home. This is a private space and is NOT a shared space. Entrance is through the front door and up the stairs to the apartment with parking directly in front for your convenience. We now have self check-in. Door knob has keypad entry to building. Parking for one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle please message me so we can make sure there will be two spots. This is particularly important during the winter months when there is no street parking. Other things to note All linens, towels and quilts are provided. Once a week cleaning service is provided. There is no smoking in our home and never any animals in the apartment. We do not have any animals in our house either. Smoking outside is fine. Please message me if you will arrive with more than one vehicle especially during winter when there is no street parking. Please book for the proper number of guests.
