Tipical Ligurian house of 1900, with terrace and panoramic view on Recco Valley and usefull private covered parking. Fresh, only 12 km from the sea of Recco and Camogli: 15 minutes by car or bus. Few minutes more to reach Genoa or Portofino. Tracks for walking or mtb all around: Via del Sale, Historical Colombo's Route, Val Fontanabuona The space Two nice bedrooms. One with king size bed and an armchair bed. The other with two single bed. Living room with led TV, has a massage chair for relax and two single sofa that is possible to use as two confortable single beds or one double. Tha bathroom has a wonderfool Jacuzzi and the big kitchen, with all the confort, is open on the big terrace, with the panoramic view on the whoole valley. A second connected terrace is ideal as solarium. Guest access Area is realli quite, far from the main route. Acces road is without trafic. You can rich the entrance doar with car, and few meteres above there is our usefull private covered parking place. There are not forbidden areas in home, but, using it often our too, there are some personal things. As cloths and sport equipment. Like the surfboard in the living room, that is our daughter Zoe's board. Or like the wetsuites, regulators, jacket and others scubadiving equipments. Because they are personal, we ask you kindly do not use them. If you like, there are surf shop and diving center in Recco to rent equipment. And if you are scuba divers, Il'l be happy to suggest you about scuba diving in Portofino Sea Park Area. Terrace is perfect to wash and dry scuba diving equipment! Other things to note This is not a "thought for rental" house, it's hour home from twelve years. It is nice and cozy, thought for us and our friends.
