The Tuscan property Terra di Cortona is strategically located between the beautiful Tuscan city of Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The farm consists of five spacious apartments and has a history that dates back to the late 17th century, when a noble family built it as a vacation home. Air-conditioning is available, as well as satellite TV and Internet access. In the property's garden, there is a swimming pool with a solarium, barbecue area and volleyball court. The space The apartment Zaffiro, 75 sqm, is located on the ground floor of the house and has an independent entrance. The outdoor space has a lovely gazebo to relax or enjoy a nice dinner surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The apartment has two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Guest access All apartments have views of the Tuscan rural landscape that surrounds the estate and the mythical city of Cortona, the pride of this panorama. The materials used in the renovation fully respect the architectural style of the Tuscan house with wooden beams, plastered and painted walls, subtly interspersed with areas of rough stone or brick and terracotta floors. All apartments have their own outdoor space available to enjoy meals or just relax outdoors. The pool is shared with the other guests of the farm. Guests can also enjoy our new spa area, with an emotional shower, a heated hot tub for six people, and an infrared sauna for two. Spa access is available for €25 per person per session. Other things to note Terra di Cortona is ideally positioned to explore the highlights of Tuscany. The Siena-Pisa highway is easily accessible, providing quick access to the region's famous locations. You can visit the charming villages around Lake Trasimeno, such as Passignano, Tuoro and Castiglione del Lago, and even combine your trip with a relaxing day on the water. The lake is surrounded by green hills dotted with ancient castles and medieval towns. In addition, iconic destinations such as Cortona, Perugia, Arezzo, Montepulciano and Siena are all an hour's drive away, making Terra di Cortona an excellent base for your Tuscan adventure.
