The space Each CHALET is composed of: One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and cupboard/wardrobe One bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190), and cupboards/wardrobe A living room with a table and chairs, sofa A flat screen TV (50 cm) with TNT and foreign channels An American kitchen furnished and equipped in the living room (3 gas hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, sink, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer), dishes and cooking utensils, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, a toaster) Bathroom with shower, sink, large mirror and hairdryer A separate toilet A 12 m² terrace with garden furniture Iron and ironing board (please notify this option when booking) Free WIFI in the common areas. The guest has the choice to do the cleaning themselves and to make the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness: - Accommodation deposit €250 per accommodation for any stay from 5 consecutive nights - Cleaning deposit at the final cleaning rate per type of accommodation for any stay. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before return of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the listing.
