Location, Location, Location! Condo is in the heart of the cultural district, and walking distance to Dicky's Arena. Walking distance: Dicky's Arena, several bars/restaurants (including our favorite, Taco Heads!), Will Rodgers, UNT Health and Science Center, Kimbell and the Modern art museums, and Botanical Gardens. Short Uber/cab Ride: West 7th, TCU Stadium, downtown, magnolia area. Full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, walk in closet, fenced in backyard with plenty of shade. The space Our place is clean , comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a nice size gated backyard. The location is in the mix of Fort Worth's happening places. Also, walking distance to Dicky's Arena! Other things to note Check in is at 3, check out is at 11. Early check in or check out with special permission only No Smoking inside property. If you smoke outside all cigarette butts must be disposed of. There will be a $500 fine for anyone who smokes inside the property Pets are allowed under permission. Dog deposit is required. All droppings must be picked up and discarded. Any unauthorized pet will be a $300 fee. No parties allowed ever. There will be a $500 fine if this rule is violated. Keep noise down by 9 pm during the week, and 10 pm during the weekend. No more than 2 adults allowed to stay at the property. Any unauthorized guest will be charged $300 per guest. Trash must be taken out after stay. All linens must be started in the washer before departure. For your safety and security we have added flood light /camera to monitor your parking space.
