It consists of two tables and chairs for meals, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD and stereo. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and two rooms with a terrace: a triple with a double bed and a single bed, and a quadruple with a double bed and a bunk bed. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with a double bed and a full bathroom. To reach 14 places, there is the possibility of converting one of these double rooms into a triple and using the double sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation has a crib.
