Suitable for a maximum of 5 our eco- conscious, country cottage is close to the pretty villages of Tattenhall & Tarporley. This cottage has a real farm country feel with open beams, panelled walls, comfortable beds and a well equipped dining kitchen. Our small farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside with views to the Sandstone Ridge, currently being considered as an 'Area of Outstanding National Beauty'. Close to Chester for shopping, sightseeing, Chester Zoo and activities for all. The space Thoughtfully decorated country cottage suitable for families and friends for long holidays or short breaks. This cottage is suitable for up to 5 guests, with this number being inclusive of children of any age- infant or toddler. We are experienced hosts and undertake all the requirements to make sure you stay with us is safe and comfortable. The sitting room has panelled walls and is decorated in a modern country style with natural fibre furnishings and subdued lighting. The TV has Roku so the ability to log on your favourite account such as Netflix. (Please note Fibre broadband has yet to reach us in this rural area). All three bedrooms are bright and airy and have good quality mattresses with soft white bedding. The single bedroom can accommodate a travel cot. The bathroom with shower has eco-friendly hand soap and shower gel provided along with a bath towel and hand towel per guest. The dining kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine plus a washing machine and an air fryer. Tea, coffee & sugar along with a pint of milk in a glass bottle and fresh free range eggs can be found in the fridge on arrival. The farmhouse style dining table has five comfortable chairs to while away the evenings over dinner. We try to reduce our carbon footprint wherever we can here- all heating for the farm is provided by eco-friendly bio-mass boilers and we also have solar panels. We use environmentally friendly products to clean the cottage throughout. In front of the cottage is a large garden with seating area and bbq. Why not hire our Gozney pizza oven for the night (seasonal availability)? All the fresh ingredients you'll need to make perfect pizzas... details on request. Wifi is available however we are not yet connected to fibre broadband in this area but speeds are reasonable. Not available for your dates? Please be sure to add your pets to your booking. Please do let us know your intention to bring your pets at booking as we have a pet policy that must be agreed to, details of which can be found in our additional house rules. Guest access Private porch entrance to the cottage. You will have access to the whole house plus your own large garden. There is plenty of parking also available just outside the door in the courtyard. Guests are welcome to meet our rare breed sheep however as we are a working farm we ask that children must not roam the farm unaccompanied.
